Digital items are available worldwide. Physical items are only available to ship in the 48 contiguous US.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Digital items will be delivered to the email used on the profile immediately after processing. Physical items typically take 5-7 days to deliver dependent on location.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Digital products that have been downloaded are no longer eligible for return. Physical items can be returned if they are unopened, unused, in resalable condition and are within our 30 day return policy, you can submit your return request for unopened/unused items here. Our digital products are downloadable files that you can access instantly after purchase. They include digital videos in .mp4 format, digital audio files in .mp3 format, and PDF documents. These products are delivered electronically and can be viewed or listened to on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a direct link to your download page. You can also access your digital files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your previous orders.

Your download links will remain active for one year from the date of purchase, and each file can be downloaded up to 10 times during that period.
